PURPOSE:To provide an endoscope with higher washability and operability. CONSTITUTION:In an endoscope consisting of a treatment device standing table which is positioned at the head of the inserting portion to change the treatment device projecting direction and is operated so that it freely stands by a manipulating section near at hand via a manipulation wire 58, and consisting of a guide pipe which leads the above mentioned manipulation wire 58 to the above mentioned manipulation section, a transfer rod 250 which transmits a manipulation power of the manipulation section to the manipulation wire 58 as a drawing power, the transfer rod 250 is placed so that its axial line approximately aliens with the axial line of a manipulation section opening 224 of the guide pipe, and the manipulation wire 58 led from the opening 224 is connected to the transfer rod 250 so that they are removed freely. |
