<p>PURPOSE:To improve considerably detection accuracy of motion detection processing by eliminating an undesired spread of a 2-frame difference signal. CONSTITUTION:A 2-frame difference signal inputted in time series by 1st and 2nd sub samplers 3, 5 and 1st and 2nd frame memories 2, 4 is received and a 2-frame difference interpolation output signal is sequentially generated through interpolation between frames and a minimum output circuit 6 obtains a minimum value of plural 2-frame difference interpolation output signals generated in time series by the 1st and 2nd sub samplers 3, 5 and 1st and 2nd frame memories 2, 4 to make the 2-frame difference interpolation output signals proper.</p> |
