PURPOSE:To impart antistatic performance and water-repelling performance resistant to washing to a synthetic fiber-structural article. CONSTITUTION:A synthetic fiber-structural article is subjected to antistatic treatment and water-repelling treatment by applying a treating liquid containing a fluorine-based water-repellent, a quaternary ammonium salt antistatic agent having hydroxyl group and a blocked isocyanate and heat-treating the treated fiber-structural article.
