PURPOSE:To secure the safety of a user by enabling the fitting of a lever body that can be protruded from or retracted in a transportation unit, into a drop preventive hole of a fitting member in such a case where a rope body has broken. CONSTITUTION:When a pallet 8 for loading a vehicle is lifted up to a prescribed position by a hoisting mechanism 8A, a protrusion/retraction driving motor 31 is driven by a driving signal sent from a control unit, and the motor shaft 31a and a disk 32 are turned, and by the action of a lever supporting body 34 a lever body 24 is protruded from such a condition that it has been housed inside a case 30. Then, the lever body 24 is fitted both in the passing hole 26 of a holed plate 40 and in the drop preventive hole 28 of a fitting member 29. When a protrusion position detector 36 is not operated within a prescribed time after this driving signal has been output, the control unit outputs an abnormality signal for warning that a drop preventive device is not normally operated, and that the drop preventive function is not fulfilled. Thus, even if a wire- rope break accident due to long use or the like is caused, the drop of the pallet 8 or the vehicle can be prevented, and the possibility of danger to an operator can be eliminated. |
