<p>PURPOSE:To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit capable of suppressing the number of external interruption terminals to be increased corresponding to the increment of the number of factors of external interruption. CONSTITUTION:This circuit is comprised in such a way that one input terminal INTIN to input signals with different duration of a significant part generated from plural external devices 11, 12, 13..., respectively is provided, and the duration of the significant part of the signal inputted from the input terminal is counted by a counter, and a corresponding interruption request signal can be generated by selecting different interruption factors corresponding to a count result.</p> |
