<p>PURPOSE:To provide a portable hydraulic press device where the constitution and the control are simple and the actuator part can be avoided to become larger. CONSTITUTION:A fixing frame 10 has a 1st pressing part 10b provided on the outer circumference, a hydraulic oil hole 10d is penetrated on a base part 10a, and an annular oil groove 10e connected through with the oil hole 10d is formed. A moving frame 12 has a 2nd pressing part 12b opposing to the 1st pressing part 10b. A hydraulic cylinder 14 provides a cylinder tube 16 and a piston 18. An end side of the pipe 16 is fixed on the fixing frame 10, a penetrating hole 16c connected through with the annular oil groove 10e is provided, and an extending part formed longer than the total length of the frame 10 is made as a slide guide part 16d for the moving frame 12 fit with the tube 16. The piston 18 has a sliding part 18a and a piston rod part 18b. A stopper sleeve 22 is arranged on the front end side of the sliding part 18a, and a hydraulic room 24 is formed. A moving plate 12 is fixed through a plate 36 on the piston rod part 18a.</p> |
