PURPOSE:To improve liquid leak resistance of a label case type cylindrical manganese dry battery. CONSTITUTION:A metal container 15 having a cathode terminal part 15a formed on its bottom part is disposed around a zinc can 6, and a case label 13 is attached on the outer periphery of the metal container 15. A bottom paper 3 is formed of the same material as that of a separator 2. If the zinc can 6 is consumed, therefore, liquid leak to the external can be prevented by the metal container 15. In addition, even the bottom part 6a of the zinc can 6 can used as an electrode reaction surface, thereby a large current can be taken out. |
