PURPOSE:To provide a small-sized high density ink jet recording apparatus enhanced in both of reliability and response by reducing the slow flowing part of a common ink chamber and facilitating the discharge of an air bubble and lowering equivalent passage resistance. CONSTITUTION:Partition members 10a, 10b dividing the opening parts of many ink passages 5 into a plurality of ink passage groups are provided to a common ink chamber 4 and the extending lengths of them are set so that the partition member 10b provided at a distance from the ink communication port 33 supplying ink to the common chamber 4 is made long. |
