PURPOSE:To manage voice data by inputting a file name without requiring any input means excepting for voices at the data managing device provided with a storage means for storing the voice data. CONSTITUTION:When the start of voice inputting is instructed by operating a start switch 15a of a switch part 15, a control part 14 inputs a voice signal inputted by a microphone 11 in place of digital voice data while using a voice processing part 13 and stores the inputted voice data in a storage part 17. When the end of voice inputting is instructed by operating a stop switch 15b, the control part 14 extracts the prescribed part of the voice data from the storage part 17 as the file name and converts the voice data corresponding to this file name to text data by using a voice/text conversion part 16 so as to manage the voice data based on the file name. |
