The arrangement comprises at least one winch which has a winching drum driven by a motor with the aid of a gear mechanism, pref. a helical gear. At least one cable is secured at one end to the winching drum and pref. at the other to the vehicle. Cable braking tools which are alternately regulated by an upper brake tool are secured to the vehicle. A lower brake tool is secured to the deck. |
