PURPOSE:To avoid vibration during the operation of a voice coil type linear motor and facilitate highly reliable bonding operation by a method wherein a reinforcement means is provided in the bobbin of the linear motor. CONSTITUTION:Square wires 18 are stuck on the inner surface and the outer surface of a bobbin 17 as wires for a coil inclined to the axial direction and the directions of inclination on the inner surface and on the outer surface are crossing each other. Therefore, the bobbin 17 is mechanically reinforced. Moreover, although not only a flux to the axial direction of the original operation but also flux components to the horizontal direction are induced by the application of current to the square wires 18, as the directions of inclination of the wires 18 stuck on the inner surface and on the outer surface of the bobbin 17 are crossing each other, the horizontal components cancel each other and disappear. Therefore, when the voice coil type linear motor 7 is operated, the horizontal vibration of the bobbin 17 can be avoided and the operation of the motor 7 can be securely controlled by a controller 19. |
