The manufacturing method of a pin wheel for a helmet solves fundamentally a loss cause of material fabrics by cutting of the pin wheel and reduces largely the manufacturing cost. On the fabric, it has used parts cut into six unit pieces and an effective remnant part and respective unit pieces are formed by four partial pieces connected on the center part, and in this formation the manufacturing method includes a cutting process for cutting so that perforated lines for folding may be formed on connecting parts of both sides of width direction in the respective partial pieces; a folding process for folding the partial pieces of the respective unit pieces along the perforated lines; and a piling-up process for piling twelve pieces of the unit pieces overlapping one over the other in radial direction to form the pin wheel.
