An air-guiding device (spoiler) in the rear region of a motor vehicle is composed of an outer part in the shape of a frame and an inner ventilation grid of large surface, the outer part and ventilation grid being bonded together. To reduce the production costs and production time it is envisaged that the ventilation grid be additionally connected to the outer part via a plurality of spaced-apart holding devices.
