What is specified is a fuel-feed assembly for motor vehicles, with at least one pump stage which consists of an impeller driveable by a shaft and of a housing sealingly surrounding the impeller laterally and over part of the circumference, in which assembly the housing (6, 6a) of the at least one pump stage has, concentrically to the shaft (4) driving the impeller (10), a set-back shoulder (9), in which the hub of the impeller (10) is centred, and the impeller (10) is connected with play to the shaft (4) for rotational take-up. <IMAGE>
