Such a device includes a matching circuit (1) for supplying a control signal to the input (9) of an output circuit (2) comprising at least one control transistor (T13a, T13b) which activates a first or a second output transistor (T15, T17) according to the level of the control signal with respect to its switching level. The matching circuit (1) which includes a divider module (3), a control module (11) and a translator module (4) makes it possible to fix the average value of the control signal so that it is equal to the same multiple of base-emitter junction threshold voltage as the switching level of the control transistor (T13a, T13b).
