The invention relates to a letter file with a cover (10) of stiff cardboard and a file mechanism (16) releasably securable by its base plate (18) to the inside of the file cover (10). In order to be able to secure the file mechanism releasably to the file cover (10) using as little material as possible, the invention proposes that there be at least two spaced securing components (34) in a recess (32) in the file cover (10), said securing components bearing a catch cam (38) projecting towards the inside of the file cover (10) and taking the form of a plastic moulding for an engagement aperture (50) in the base plate (18). |
