Method and means for producing an improved heat pump

A description is given of a heat pump in which the fairly cold, heat-absorbing surface of the heat pump obtains heat from a freezing liquid, which heat is then led to the heating end of the heat pump. In practice, the freezing liquid is held at a temperature just below zero degrees Celsius by injecting water droplets into the water-repellant freezing liquid, which then freeze upon sinking. The resulting ice pearls are then transported into a melt water tank. The heat of melting (fusion) of the water obtained by freezing of the water is again replaced by natural heat sources owing to the fact that heat of melting flows in the circuit through floor coils, solar collectors or air-to-water heat exchangers. The melt water reserve, which is available for exploiting the heat of melting of the water, further serves the purpose of temporarily bridging fluctuations in the demand for natural heat.
