Process for producing a floor element

A description is given of a process for producing a floor element from concrete and of a floor element. The floor element contains a base slab which is provided with reinforcement parts projecting on one side, in particular latticed load-bearing members, and exhibits at least one rib projecting on the same side. In order to be able to manufacture such a rib element in a simpler manner and with a higher degree of loadability, it is proposed that at least some of the reinforcement parts are arranged at a distance corresponding to the width of the rib, and the rib is formed using a permanent shuttering, wherein, in order to construct the permanent shuttering, in each case one sheet-like shuttering wall is supported on a reinforcement part of the reinforcement such that at least part of the reinforcement part is exposed to the outside for subsequent casting in-situ concrete when producing a floor.
