A device for the continuous treatment of viscous fluids and masses has axially parallel satellite shafts (23) which are arranged in a ring shape in a housing (4), have intermeshing treatment means (24) and are driven by a central shaft (17) via inlet-side pinions (28, 29) in order to perform a common orbital movement about the central shaft (17). Allocated to the pinions (28, 29) is a distributor disc (60) which is provided with through-holes (61) for the satellite shafts (23) and has an annular groove (63) which is open towards the inlet side and from which passages (64) lead to the satellite shafts in the area of the treatment means (24) which lies on the thick-film side of the satellite shafts (23) which is remote from the enclosing housing (1). <IMAGE>
