A radial piston pump has a taper ring (12) seated on a pump body (2). Pressure channels (14) associated to the cylinder bores (3) of the delivery plunger (4) are shaped into the ring (12). Parallel exhaust grooves (16, 16A) are arranged in the circumferential direction at the outlet side of the pressure channels (14), as well as outflow grooves (18, 18A) parallel to the exhaust grooves. The exhaust grooves (16, 16A) communicate with the pressure channels (14). A flat spiral spring (17) seals the pressure channels (14) and the exhaust grooves (16, 16A) and lies for that purpose on a central part (20) and on two side parts (20A, 20B). The opening pressure acts therefore on a relatively large surface of the flat spiral spring (17), so that the spring requires only a short opening stroke. The removable ring (12) is easier to shape and to mount than separate stoppers for closing the cylinder bores. |
