<p>An inclinable bed headboard (23) having a headboard panel (2) and means (1) selectively supporting the panel (2) in a substantially vertical position and in an inclined position, characterised by inclination means (1) having first and second fixing members (10, 11) attached respectively to the inclinable headboard (2) and to support means (3, 21) disposed at the bed end (24), first and second articulated links (12, 13), means (14) hinging the first link to the first fixing member, means (16) hinging the second link to the second fixing member, and means hinging (15) the first and second links together, the arrangement being such that the axes of the hinge means are mutually parallel.</p> |
