The installation according to the invention consists of an enclosure accommodating the container (5). Mounted inside this is a column that can be moved down and up and rests in the working position on an orifice (7) in the top of the container, which column comprises, mounted on an actuator, a cleaning head supplied with cleaning and/or rinsing fluid; this can be moved axially down and up and passes into the container and can also be rotated inside the latter. Mounted inside said enclosure are vertical sprinklers for spraying cleaning and/or rinsing fluid.
