<p>Disclosed are a process and an apparatus (20) for removing NOx in an O2-containing exhaust emission based on an electrochemically catalytic reduction process. Advantages to the electrochemically catalytic reduction process include high NOx conversion efficiency and suitability for the removal of NOx from the O2-containing exhaust of mobile combustion sources due to the simplicity in construction, maintenance and operation where chemical-reducing agents are not required.</p> |
