The present method relates to a system of cleaning by microspraying false ceilings and walls and for any disinfecting or decontaminating operation and more generally any operation requiring the use of microspraying. The method is characterised by the additional use of chemical solutions exactly adapted to the type of cleaning and to the support in question and of a microspraying appliance equipped with an ultrafine nozzle, with the waste produced by the cleaning action being collected in particulate form in a tank. This method uses an assembly of three tanks, one containing compressed air, another a chemical solution adapted to the support to be cleaned, and the third for collecting the particulate waste produced by the cleaning action. The liquid is propelled by the pressure of the air contained in the first tank. The assembly constitutes a complete system which comprises an air tank, to fill which requires only three minutes of electrical energy for three hours of work, a range of highly volatile solutions which will not impregnate the support or modify its physical and chemical characteristics, and a system for collecting the waste produced by the cleaning action in the form of particles in a special tank. It employs a very small amount of cleaning solution owing to the fact that it sprays it onto the support at a pressure of 0.3 bar. <IMAGE>
