A flexible hose comprises a length of corrugated pipe 1 of plastics material, with push-fit connector fittings 4 fastened to the end sections of the hose. In order to prevent lengthening or widening of the corrugated pipe by a pressurised fluid conducted through it, and to simplify manufacture, the pipe 1 is surrounded by a cover 2 of a fibre weave, tension resistant with respect to the axial direction of the pipe, which, in the area of the end sections is pressed onto the fitting 4 by a clamping sleeve 3. The clamping sleeves 3 are formed from thermoplastic material by injection moulding around the cover 2 and the push-fit connector fittings 4. Preferably the pipe, cover, sleeve and end fittings are made from the same plastics e.g. a polyolefin, P.V.D.F, EFTE or other fluoroplastics material. <IMAGE>
