摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the mechanical characteristic value such as tensile- compressive strength, an elastic modulus, of a felt layer by forming the felt layer of a lining material impregnated with an ultraviolet curing type unsaturated polyester resin containing an optical initiator absorbing near ultraviolet rays by unifying glass fiber with an acrylic resin having excellent light transmission properties through punching. CONSTITUTION:The outer-layer film tube 2 of a lining material 1 has excellent solvent resistance, and is formed of a synthetic resin film such as nylon based on white color. With a felt layer 3 laminated onto the inner surface of the outer-layer film tube 2, felt 3a is shaped by punching transparent acrylic fiber, glass fiber 3b is dispersed to both surfaces or one surface or intermediate section of the outer and inner surfaces of the felt 3a and unified through punching, and felt 3a is impregnated with an ultraviolet curing type unsaturated polyester resin containing an optical initiator absorbing near ultraviolet rays. An inner- layer film tube 4 is composed of a film tube 5 formed of a synthetic resin having superior light transmission properties and low steam transmission and a film tube 6 having excellent light transmission properties, low gas permeability and a high load heat-deformation temperature.
