PURPOSE:To miniaturize an electromagnetic instrument and to improve the characteristic by spinning molten magnetic material, removing internal strain with heat treatment and forming soft magnetic fiber having the prescribed diameter, the specific saturation magnetic flux density and magnetic flux density characteristic. CONSTITUTION:An apparatus of rotating liquid spinning apparatus, etc., is arranged and cooling liquid layer 8 is formed in a rotating drum 6 with high speed rotation and the molten magnetic material is injected into the liquid layer 8 from a nozzle 2 having <=100mum diameter. Then, the magnetic material is rapidly cooled and solidified, to form fine wire 4 in inner wall of the drum 6. By this method, in the fine wire-like fiber, primary arm is formed as all the same angle within 20 deg. to the axis direction in dendritic structure. Further, the characteristic having >=20k gauss the saturation magnetic flux density under DC magnetic condition and >=17k gauss the magnetic flux density in magnetic field at 10 oersted is obtd. Therefore, the electromagnetic instrument is miniaturized and the characteristic is improved. |
