PURPOSE: To rationalize the operation by possessing a support sheet bound in a booklet, a display sheet of single slip closely attached to this single side, an image receiving layer laminated on this surface, and a clear sheet bonded onto the image receiving layer after transcribing a synthesized image of letter image and portrait image thereto. CONSTITUTION: When fabricating a passport by means of a booklet containing a photograph, a synthesized image of letter image like full name and portrait image is first transcribed on the image receiving layer 1 of the display sheet 3a, which is then sandwiched between the support sheet 3 and the clear sheet 2, and these are bonded. Accordingly, multilayer sheet that a layer transcribed with the synthesized image is sandwiched between the support sheet 3 and the clear sheet 2 can be formed in the booklet. |
