Device for the semi-automatic loading of guns, particularly of guns equipping tank turrets, characterised in that it comprises: - a loader (1) mounted on the rear upper part of the gun and in the extension of the breech (2), comprising a rack (9) designed to receive at least two munitions (4a, 4b) parallel to the axis (X-X), equipped with an escapement system (5) and capable of retaining the munitions (4a, 4b) laterally and of releasing them one by one after each firing; - front (6) and rear (7) troughs for positioning the munitions (4a, 4b), the said troughs being mounted opposite the loader (1) on the rear lateral part (3) of the gun, so as to cooperate with the loader (1) in order automatically to receive a munition after a firing and to place the munition in the axis (X-X) of the breech (2) and of the gun; - and a rammer (8) capable of displacing the rear trough (7) towards the breech (2) in order to push the munition into the breech (2). <IMAGE>
