CONSTITUTION:Whenever one display frame being a period when a strobe signal makes a cycle from a first digit to a final digit is ended, the display data 2 is increased by a fixed value at the time from an initial value where a Tw is close to zero within the range of 0< weight variable time (Tw) < display time (Ton). Then, at the point of time when the Tw becomes the maximum prescribed value or above approximating to the Ton finally, the operation of a right direction scroll display is ended, and the display data signal of the display data 3 is outputted. Thus, the time when the display data signal before moving to a scroll display is displayed is reduced gradually in the display time Ton of respective display digits to be scroll displayed, and the time displaying the display data signal to be movement displayed from the display digit of an adjacent movement origin is increased gradually.
