PURPOSE:To provide a fusing machine preventing the generation of an error in the positioning of a thermoplastic resin pipe to obtain stable fusing strength. CONSTITUTION:A fixed clamp 1A, a moving clamp 1B, a heater 2 and a spacer 3 are provided and the moving clamp 1B is provided so as to be movable in the direction approaching and separating with respect to the fixed clamp 1A. The heater 2 is provided so as to be movable between a the position between the clamps capable of heating the end surfaces of thermoplastic resin pipes and the position outside the clamps not becoming an obstacle when the end surfaces of thermoplastic resin pipes clamped by both clamps 1A, 1B are abutted and the spacer 3 is rotatably provided at the position between the clamps capable of positioning the end surfaces of the thermoplastic resin pipes and the position not becoming an obstacle when the heater 2 is arranged at a use position. |
