PURPOSE:To provide a speed pattern generator which can run a train according to a first acceleration/deceleration pattern and can generate a speed pattern while taking account of comfortableness of the train. CONSTITUTION:The speed pattern generator comprises an acceleration/ deceleration operating unit 3 for determining a first acceleration/deceleration pattern 4 based on a train position speed signal 2 at each point of inflection, a first acceleration/deceleration setter 5A for determining a second acceleration/ deceleration pattern 6 by applying a variation rate of acceleration/deceleration set for each point of inflection to the first acceleration/deceleration pattern 4, and a second acceleration/deceleration setter 7 for operating the speed difference between the speed patterns determined by the first and second acceleration/ deceleration patterns at a point of inflection. A third acceleration/deceleration pattern 8 is then determined to eliminate the speed difference and the pattern 8 is integrated by a first integrator 9 to obtain a speed pattern thus generating a speed pattern 10 having no speed difference from the speed pattern obtained from by the first acceleration/deceleration pattern. |
