PURPOSE:To properly and automatically calculate lodging charge by operating charge calculation when an inputted stay time slot adds a previously set lodging intended time slot and charge calculation unless it adds. CONSTITUTION:A charge setting table 32 previously setting the lodging time slot and the lodging intended time slot within the range of the lodging time slot is stored in the storage part of a charge output device. When the lodging time slot of a customer is inputted, CPU judges whether or not a part, at least, of the inputted lodging time slot is added in the set lodging intended time slot. When added, it is regarded as lodging, charge is calculated based on the lodging time of the previously set lodging time slot and calculated charge is outputted to an output part. In the meantime, unless added, it is regarded as non-lodging, charge is calculated based on the staying time of the customer. Therefore, lodging charge is automatically calculated by going back to the longing time slot only for the customer who stays in the time slot where the collection of lodging charge is proper. |
