METHOD FOR AUTOMATIC SETTING OF POSITIVE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OPTION

PURPOSE: To provide a system and a method for automatically setting an approval response option when the prescribed content of distribution data is detected in a data processing system. CONSTITUTION: A user gives a command for transmitting distribution data to a receiver for the data processing system 11 after the user generates distribution data. The prescribed content of distribution data is searched before distribution data is actually transmitted. When the distribution data includes the prescribed content, prescribed affirmative response options are combined and they are transmitted to the receiver with distribution data. The approval response option is to return an approval response message or a signal to a transmitter when the receiver receives or operates distribution data.
