Bile acid derivatives, processes for their preparation and the use of these compounds as medicaments Bile acid derivatives of the formula I G1 - X - G2 I in which X has the meaning given, G1 is a radical of the formula II <IMG> (II) and G2 is a radical of the formula IV <IMG> (IV) and in which the radicals R1 to R9, Y and Z occurring in the formulae II and IV have the meanings given, and processes for the preparation of these compounds are described. The bile acid derivatives of the formula I have useful pharmacological properties and can therefore be used as medicaments.
