<p>PURPOSE:To automatically calculate proper and fair charge matching the operation of facilities by deciding a unit price per time obtained by dividing a utilization time by a unit time as a price per unit time in which the more time is included. CONSTITUTION:The utilization time from utilization start time to utilization end time is sectioned by the unit time and it is decided whether or not time zone switching time is included at intervals of the sectioned time. Then a price per unit time in the corresponding time zone is decided as a unit price for the decided time which does not include the switching time and a price per unit time in a longer time zone is decided as a unit price for the decided time which includes the switching time by comparing the time from its start time to the end time of the decided time with the time from the switching time to the end time, thereby registering the total of the unit prices determined at intervals of the sectioned time as utilization charge.</p> |
