摘要 PURPOSE:To make adhesion between a surface material and foam favorable by obtaining a foam layer of uniform foaming and uniform density, by a method wherein the inside of a curing furnace is divided into a foaming sphere where a resin mixture solution layer is foamed by heating a laminated continuous material to a specific temperature and a curing sphere where a foamed layer of a resin mixture solution is cured by heating the laminated continuous material to a specific temperature. CONSTITUTION:A curing furnace 4 is divided into a foaming sphere 41 and curing sphere 42 by a partition 6 movable in a horizontal direction. An undersurface material to be supplied through an undersurface material supply device 1 is preheated by a preheater 7, a foamable phenolic resin mixture solution is discharged onto the undersurface material through a discharge machine 2, over which a to material is put through a top material supply device 3 further. A laminated continuous material is carried by passing through the inside of a curing furnace 4, the resin mixture solution is spread evenly between the undersurface material and top material, heated at 20-80 deg.C through a plurality of rollers 43, 44 and comes to have a predetermined thickness in the vicinity of an outlet of the foaming sphere 41. The same is sent to the curing sphere 42, heated at 50-100 deg.C through the plurality of the rollers 43, 44 and two shaft belt conveyors 45, 46 and curing is completed. The laminated continuous material is cut off by a cutting machine 5 to be a composite plate product.
