PURPOSE:To obtain a precision composite molded product which softens a residual stress and prevents the rotation and falling-down of a resin projection part, by reducing a cross section of a central part of a runner which couples together resin collars being located corresponding to perforations is a metal base plate. CONSTITUTION:A metal base plate 2 having perforations 1 is secured at the inside of a mold 3, and resin is flown through perforations 1. Resin collers 4, which have a cross section being larger than an area of the perforration 1, are provided at both surfaces of a base plate 2. Resin projections 5 are then secured at the base plate 2, and the height and width of a runner 6 coupling together the collars 4 are formed so that the height becomes lower and the width becomes narrower with the distance from the collars 4. And thus, deformation caused due to the residual stress concentrates at a central part of the runner having a small cross section 8 where plasticizing deformation and beakage may result. Furthermore, this may result in softening the residual stress and preventing a residual stress effect on the resin projection part 5. |
