The invention relates to immunonanoparticles comprised of nanoparticles of a polymer of a methyliden malonate compound coated with anti-CD4 antibodies, as well as their utilisation for prophylaxy and/or the treatment of pathologies due to an infection by the HIV virus or as biological reactants, or in the process for the detection of anti-CD4 antigenes in a biological mammalian liquid.
