PURPOSE:To readily transplant a water grass in gravel laid in a water tank for aquarium fishes such as goldfish or tropical fish, to make the water grass transplanted once not to float and not to damage the water grass. CONSTITUTION:A device for planting and retaining a water grass consists of a retaining main body A having an inserting hole and an elastic gripping member B which is inserted into the inserting hole to hold the root part of the water grass G, the retaining main body A is made of a rustless material heavier than water, is readily embedded in laid gravel 8 and will not get out of the gravel. The elastic gripping member protects the water grass G and does not injure the water grass. |
