PURPOSE:To reduce running and initial costs by providing an air-conditioning system in which air-conditioning for a perimetric zone is made unnecessary, an air-conditioning load is decreased and a what is called mixed loss is not produced. CONSTITUTION:A bay window 5 is composed of a window glass 1 facing a west or east direction and window glass 3 facing another direction. An intermediate space 11 is formed by the bay window 5 and an indoor-side window 9 provided at the indoor side of the bay window 5. Plants 7 enabling shade are provided inside the window glass 1. Closable ventilators 13, 15, 17 are provided on the window glass 1 and on the indoor-side window 9. Closable ventilators 23, 25 are provided covering the return-air side of an indoor air-conditioner 19, the intermediate space 11 and the inside of a room. Closable ventilators 27 are provided covering the exhaust side of an excessive air-exhausting fan 21, the intermediate space 11 and the outside thereof. |
