The tearable lid (14) for the opening of reclosable metal cans (1) comprises a displaceable ring (3) to open the can by tearing, and having a pivoted anchoring joint (4) to rotate at least through an arc of 180 DEG , said ring (3) having a blind stamped plane (7) to be used as a plug or capsule for closing the can. The ring is a conventional compact ring which may be used to reclose the pouring orifice as many times as desired.
