PURPOSE:To obtain an oil-base ball-point pen not suffering from the drip of a blob of ink and the direct flow of ink, therefore not suffering from the transfer of a blob of ink at the start of writing, can give a neat line of drawing and provides very good comfortableness in writing. CONSTITUTION:This ink for an oil-base ball-point pen comprises a colorant, a solvent and additives, the said solvent comprises at least 50wt.% organic solvent having a vapor pressure of 0.1mmHg (at 20 deg.C) or below and having a viscosity of 100mPa.S or below at a shear rate of 400s<-1> and a viscosity of 1000mPa.S or above at a shear rate of 5s<-1>. |
