PURPOSE:To provide a paper cushioning material especially for packaging, which can cope with a wide range of products including a large load such as a heavy articles, etc., and is recyclable to achieve the saving of resources by increasing the strength of a paper cushioning material for packaging. CONSTITUTION:In a hollow chamber of a hollow body which is formed out of a paper material, or in a depressed part consisting of single or a plurality of uneven parts, small-sized globular pulp beads (paper balls) 2 which are manufactured of waste paper as the raw material, or crushed waste paper such as old newspaper, etc., are filled to form a multi-layer structure. Since the structure is constituted of a packaging/cushioning material 1 of a paper raw material, it is effective to contribute to the saving of resources and the effective utilization of resources. |
