PURPOSE:To provide a simple polishing method under a unidirection polishing rule with the use of a polishing tool, by utilizing oscillation polishing for an oval blade so as to safely, efficiently and uniformly finish every of various cutter such as a Japanese cutter or a Westerm cutter which are used in the home life or the working life so as to reproduce the same having a sharp edge. CONSTITUTION:A polishing fabric sheet 11 is folded at a corner 9 on a base board made of a hard material, and form a corner.
