PURPOSE:To obtain the subject composition with little oil breeding and with good appearance, composed of an olefin-based polymer resin and a partially crosslinked compound of a mixed copolymer rubber containing an oil extended olefin-based copolymer rubber, etc., and a polypropylene-based polymer resin. CONSTITUTION:To 100 pts.wt. partially crosslinked composition obtained by heat treating, in the presence of an organic peroxide, a mixture consisting of (A) 10-95 pts.wt. oil extended olefin-based copolymer rubber containing 20-150 pts.wt. mineral oil-based softening agent based on 100 pts.wt. olefin-based copolymer rubber having 120-350 Mooney viscosity at 100 deg.C (ML1+4100 deg.C), (B) 40-95wt.% mixed copolymer rubber consisting of 90-5 pts.wt. olefin-based copolymer rubber having 5-40 Mooney viscosity at 100 deg.C ((ML1+4100 deg.C) and (C) 5-60wt.% is compounded with (D) 0-100 pts.wt. olefin-based polymer resin to obtain the objective thermoplastic elastomer composition with very little oil breeding and excellent in appearance, etc. |
