PURPOSE:To provide an electrolytic-capacitor packing device by which electrolytic capacitors are automatically mounted on printed boards highly productively in a short time. CONSTITUTION:A packing tray 11 has electrolytic capacitor bodies 13, each having anode and cathode terminals 13b in the same direction, and a plurality of recesses 12 in which the electrolytic capacitor bodies 13 are stored sideways. The directions of the polarities of the terminals of the electrolytic capacitor bodies 13 are prevented from being changed, by providing each storage recess 12 of the packing tray 11 with a rotation restricting part 14 that restricts the rotation of the terminals of each electrolytic capacitor body 13.
