<p>PURPOSE:To provide the take-off device which can automatically adjust a gap. CONSTITUTION:Upper take-off rolls 11 and 11' and lower take-off rolls 12 and 12' are supported pivotally on a movable plate 13 and a fixed plate 14. The shaft of the lower take-off roll 12(12') is connected to the sprocket 21a of a take-off motor 21 through a sprocket 12a(12a') and a chain 12b. A ball screw 17 which is screwed onto the movable plate 13 guided as shown by an arrow P is connected to the sprocket 22a of a gap adjusting motor 22 through a sprocket 17a and a chain 17b. Variation in the size of a molding is monitored with a voltage value corresponding to the take-off torque of the take-off motor and when the voltage value exceeds a specific range, the gap adjusting motor is driven to adjust the gap. Consequently, the take-off device makes the relation between the gap between the rolls and the external shape size of the molding constant to eliminate trouble due to an overload on the take-off motor.</p> |
