<p>PURPOSE:To allow unmanned ON/OFF of power for a plurality of terminals by integrally controlling the power supplies for the plurality of terminals constituting a network system. CONSTITUTION:A host computor 1 actuates an OS through a central processing section upon turn ON of power. Subsequently, a manager sets a terminal for which power is turned ON among terminals T1-T3 connected with an Ethernet 4 with reference to the screen of a computor 1. A terminal control section 1b then delivers control signal for switches SW1-SW3 to an I/O port 2 based on set information. The I/O port 2 turns ON/OFF power based on the control signal. When a switch SW1-SW3 corresponding to a set terminal is turned ON, power is turned ON for the set terminal and the terminal requests circuit connection with the computor 1 which then processes the requested circuit connection.</p> |
