PURPOSE:To manufacture a multi-wiring board excellent in efficiency by making a plurality of patterns to detect the positional errors of an insulated wire as an inner layer circuit and confirming the amount of work errors of the inner layer circuit and the insulated wire. CONSTITUTION:An inner layer pattern 2 is formed respectively as one represented by '+ or -0 installed as specified by a design value and as one represented by +2 as installed as specified by the design value +0.05mm. An insulated wire 1 for positional confirmation is designed as specified by a design value and laid out. If there is no misregistration between the inner layer pattern 2 and the laying of the insulated wire 1, the insulated wire 1 agrees with the '+ or -0 pattern and fails to agree in other areas. On the other hand, If there is an error between the inner layer pattern 2 and the insulated wire 1, there is non conformity with the + or -0 pattern, but conformity is available with the other patterns, say, '+2'. Visual confirmation of that value makes it possible to read the amount of misregistration and its direction as well. |
